Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teammates.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work schedules of warehouse staff across shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, stacking, picking, and palletizing.
• Determine space requirements for storage and coordinate delivery/distribution to meet objectives.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Monitor attendance and performance; provide coaching as needed.
• Record-keeping, reporting, and coordination with managers on shipments and schedules.
