Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our distribution center. You will supervise staff, manage shipping/receiving, and ensure safety and efficiency across tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse or distribution environment, with strong organization and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience in material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teammates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily schedules of warehouse staff handling shipping, receiving, loading, and palletizing.
• Plans storage space and schedules delivery to meet distribution goals and keeps materials organized.
• Ensures equipment maintenance and safe, compliant operations with hazardous materials handling.
• Monitors attendance and performance, and counsels employees as needed.
• Coordinates with warehouse/ops manager and other supervisors on shipments and cut-off times.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales, errors, and production.
• Suggests procedural changes to improve unit efficiency.
