Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling, inventory tracking, and leading teammates.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse employees performing shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.
• Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories to meet customer requirements.
• Maintains equipment and a safe, clean environment, enforcing safety rules including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and performance markers; provides counseling as required.
• Coordinates with warehouse and operations manager and other supervisors regarding shipments, cut-off times, and shortages.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Recommends changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency.
