Advance Auto Parts is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse schedules and personnel involved in shipping, receiving, and palletizing finished products. The role ensures space optimization, orderly identification of materials, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The position emphasizes monitoring attendance and productivity, coordinating with multiple supervisors, and maintaining essential records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with material handling and inventory tracking is preferred.
• Bi‑lingual abilities are an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work schedules of warehouse employees involved in shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.
• Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products to meet customer requirements and certify that all store material is organized and clearly identified.
• Maintains equipment including company vehicles and enforces safety policies and handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitors employee attendance and productivity and provides counseling as required.
• Coordinates with warehouse and operations manager and other supervisors on shipments, cut-off times, and shortages.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Recommends changes in procedures to improve operating efficiency.
