Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a DC Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in the Denver area. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate shipping and receiving, ensure equipment maintenance, and enforce safety rules to keep a safe, efficient distribution center.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and preferably bilingual abilities. Strong leadership and record-keeping are essential to drive accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teammates.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience; bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse staff handling shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, picking and palletizing.
• Determines space requirements and schedules delivery/distribution to meet objectives.
• Ensures equipment and vehicles are maintained and safety rules are enforced.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and performance; provides counseling as needed.
• Coordinates with warehouse/operations managers on shipments and cut-off times.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales and production data.
• Recommends procedural changes to improve unit efficiency.
