Staffmark Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Apex, NC to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead the crew, and ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the supply chain.

This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and on-time execution, with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule and competitive hourly pay. Candidates should have forklift certification and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate workflow and support warehouse team members
• Operate forklifts and assist with material movement as needed
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate warehouse records
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and operations
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Participate in hands-on training provided by the customer
