Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and activities to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate new and current employee training (safety, SOPs, forklift)
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies.
• Prepare work schedules including assignments, breaks, overtime, and coverage.
• Address performance issues and apply corrective action as needed.
• Back up the Full-Time Supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain sanitation and review time/attendance records.
