Qualifications

• Must have reach truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and activities to meet goals.
• Coordinate new and current employee training on safety and SOPs.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare work schedules including staffing, breaks, overtime, and coverage for absences.
• Review and address employee performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Act as backup to the Full-Time Supervisor and assist with planning and reporting.
• Review and approve employee time and attendance records.
• Complete sanitation schedules and end-shift paperwork.
