Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates 20+ employees in Operations.
• Reviews inbound appointment logs and open order reports daily to plan work.
• Plans inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Maintains safety procedures and resolves employee grievances.
• Traces item history to resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
