Job summary

Talentify seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the activities of all warehouse and receiving team members on site in Placerville, CA. You will ensure accuracy of inventory, oversee shipments, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage files and records, and collaboration with Accounts Payable. You will contribute to efficient operations and data-driven reporting within our finance and receiving teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in Warehouse and Receiving preferred.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the activities of all warehouse and receiving team members on property.
• Maintains knowledge of dry goods, paper products, chemical supplies, and food and beverage specifications.
• Ensures the integrity of all supplies delivered to the receiving dock.
• Directs Receiving Clerks to prepare boxes for shipment and maintains shipment records.
• Cooperates with accounts payable in verification of orders received.
• Compiles statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Attaches invoice details to purchase orders and records quantities, dates, and related info.
• Facilitates flow of information through regular departmental meetings and manages records.
