Job summary

Lineage Logistics in California is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehouse team, train staff, and ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards.

You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, plan production schedules, maintain records, and provide reports to plant personnel. A minimum of 2 years leadership and experience with WMS is required, with ability to lift 40 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and work flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity and safety.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure product availability and purchasing needs.
