Job summary

Metropolitan Warehouse in Eastvale, CA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards. This role directs receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, while training teammates to meet the company’s 5-Star service expectations.

You will work at our Eastvale facilities, coordinating with carriers and customers, solving issues, and maintaining accurate records using our warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or high-volume warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Experience supervising warehouse associates, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and providing coaching.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, RF devices, and basic Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the warehouse, including labor, scheduling, and supervision.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure safety and efficient use of space.
• Train and guide warehouse associates; support shipping and receiving.
• Monitor service-level agreements, order deadlines, and accuracy.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments.
