Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in California (French Camp) seeks a Lead Hand to support the Warehouse Superintendent and manage order pulling, receiving, shipping, and inventory control in a high-volume facility.

The role requires 3+ years of warehousing experience, ERP system proficiency, forklift certification, and strong communication. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure safety and accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives at Westlake.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehousing or manufacturing for a high-volume multi-product operation.
• Experience with shipping/loader procedures and safe truck-loading.
• Proficient in English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders; receive and count stock; inspect for defects.
• Manage returns (RGA) and inventory controls.
• Support ERP handheld scanner operations and office systems.
• Lead warehouse activities and coordinate with supervisor for peak periods.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and environmental standards.
