Staples is hiring a Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator in Omaha to mentor the team and operate MHE in a fast-paced warehouse. You will help train new staff, ensure safe moving of goods, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Able to work additional hours beyond schedule for business needs.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety shoes and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor material handlers and fill in for supervisors when needed.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety procedures.
