Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator to mentor and train team members in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Massachusetts. You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will play a key role in Staples Supply Chain delivery to customers, supporting overtime as needed and contributing to an inclusive, safety-first culture with reliable equipment handling practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator: mentor and train new material handlers and fill in for supervisors as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while following safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and support Staples Supply Chain in delivering to customers.
