Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator IV to manage daily warehouse duties, inventory, and shipments. The role acts as a floor leader, guides workflow, and trains team members to support department goals and site KPIs. Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift is Day Shift (7:00a-7:30p) with a 3/2/2 schedule. Candidates should have forklift certification, 3+ years’ experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against documents (bills of lading, packing lists, POs).
• Inspect forklifts and equipment; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with cycle counts and ERP updates.
• Organize storage areas; ensure proper labeling and accessibility.
• Train associates on job functions and ensure safe workflow.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment per procedures.
• Assist with housekeeping and general duties as assigned.
