Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator IV to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure safety compliance on the Day Shift (7:00a-7:30p). The role leads on the floor in absence of a supervisor and supports continuous improvement across the site.

You will train teammates, handle high-volume material movements, and uphold SOPs, GMPs, and Nestlé Life Saving Rules while ensuring a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain valid forklift operator certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Follow Nestlé Life Saving Rules for safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move materials.
• Verify shipments against documents (bills of lading, packing lists, POs).
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts and system updates.
• Organize warehouse storage areas and label materials properly.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide updates, report issues, and train associates on functions.
• Assist with picking, packing and staging of materials for shipment.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
