Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator IV to manage inventory, coordinate shipments and uphold safety standards on the Day Shift. This role acts as a floor leader, guiding workflow and training team members, with responsibility to support site KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain valid forklift operator certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Follow safety procedures and Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• English literacy and comprehension of simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials safely and accurately.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
