Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to support warehouse operations, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, conducting inspections, maintaining inventory records, and preparing materials for shipment while adhering to SOPs and GMPs. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in manufacturing or warehousing environments.
• Must obtain valid forklift operator certification.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse or distribution settings.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to follow safety procedures including Life Saving Rules.
• English reading/writing and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic digital devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks and verify shipments against documentation.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Organize storage areas and ensure accessibility.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate daily activities.
• Provide updates and maintain a positive work environment.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment following procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
