Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator IV to manage daily inventory, coordinate shipments, and uphold safety protocols on the night shift. The role requires expertise across multiple warehouse tasks and training junior associates to ensure efficient operations and site KPIs.

Responsibilities include leading floor operations, cycle counting, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflow. Overtime may be required; strong safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow safety procedures incl. Life Saving Rules.
• Must speak/read/write English; comprehend instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading and PO lists.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory with cycle counts and systems.
• Label, store, and organize warehouse materials.
