Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator IV in Savannah, GA. The role is the SME on the floor, overseeing daily inventory, shipments, safety compliance, and guiding less senior operators. This position also supports training and may temporarily lead the department in the absence of a Supervisor/Manager. Shift: Night, 7:00pm–7:30am.

Schedule: 3/2/2. Requires forklift certification, HS diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English instructions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) required.
• Ability to obtain valid forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Verify shipments against documents (bills of lading, packing lists, purchase orders).
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory management systems.
• Organize storage areas and maintain accurate labeling and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Train associates on specific job functions and provide ongoing coaching.
