Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support receiving, storage and shipment of products in our distribution center. The role involves unloading, picking, packing, inventory control and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will train new staff, lead team meetings, and assist in various DC functions; willingness to work overtime is required. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus, and prior WMS experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on procedures.
• Measure safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping, inventory control, and safety requirements.
• Support DC operations in unloading, stocking, picking, packing, and loading products.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance to others.
• Resolve minor issues and work in production as needed.
