Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• PIT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and schedules and prioritizes the work for Associates.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics and reports on team performance to management.
• Determines root causes of issues and directs staff to resolution and communicates findings.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks within the team.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback; develops talent for leadership.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new Associates.
