Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity metrics and ensures safe, accurate pick, pack, and ship tasks.
• Schedules work and manages attendance to meet objectives.
• Reports team performance to management and coaches staff.
• Identifies root causes and drives corrective actions.
• Supports operational excellence initiatives and onboarding.
• Contributes to talent development and performance improvement plans.
• Participates in interviewing and training new staff.
