Job summary

Robesonia Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in a high-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise associates, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the Shift Manager on PDPs and performance feedback.

The role emphasizes maintaining KPI targets (safety, retention, productivity, budget, quality) and conducting audits and incident investigations as required. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related warehouse experience; team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control.
• Experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations for one or more warehouse areas.
• Oversee fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse activity.
• Coach and mentor associates; develop PDPs and provide feedback.
• Manage KPIs: safety, retention, productivity, budget and quality.
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits; complete investigations.
