Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of up to 20 employees in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. You will drive inbound/outbound operations, safety, quality, and productivity while developing staff and building a strong team culture.

Qualifications

2 years warehouse supervisory experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong conflict management and people-leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Manage inbound/outbound shipments and organize merchandise, maintain warehouse inventory.
Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
Ensure accidents are investigated according to company procedures.
Work with machinery and material-handling equipment; resolve employee issues; perform assigned projects.
