Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team within the facility. You will work with Operations leadership to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met for both the company and its customers.

The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, and the ability to manage in varied storage environments.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in cold and hot storage environments and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse team; provide performance feedback; assign duties to ensure productivity.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory control.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources; maintain time and production records.
• Track and report warehouse activities to plant personnel; monitor sales, records, and purchasing.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity standards.
