Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Carneys Point Township, NJ to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role focuses on productivity, training, and adherence to customer requirements in a 3PL setting.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS software; 5S and continuous improvement experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 3+ years proven experience as supervisor or in a similar role in distribution/warehouse.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and WMS software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material handling.
• Develop schedules, assign tasks, monitor work, and drive productivity.
• Manage operational budgets and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure staff complete OSHA training and maintain audit-ready records.
• Set performance goals and provide coaching to staff.
• Maintain timekeeping records and payroll inputs for hourly staff.
