Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must possess good communication skills as well as organizational and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to use CRT, PC, scanners, calculators and related equipment.
• Must have SAP knowledge; Working knowledge of MRP and JIT preferred.
• Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily work assignments to shift associates; interview hourly associates and advise on hiring.
• Evaluate and improve work processes to meet deadlines and satisfy customers.
• Manage overtime and productivity targets; ensure inventory accuracy and controls.
• Lead safety meetings and reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and documentation; coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Travel as necessary and complete Penske employment requirements.
