Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehousing operation at a single location, guiding hourly staff to meet customer requirements and company goals. You will supervise processes, schedule workforce and equipment, and address performance issues with corrective actions.

The role involves hands-on leadership of loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service, with a Monday–Friday shift and peak-season flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at a warehousing operation.
• Experience supervising hourly staff and directing processes.
• Able to drive process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff at a single location to meet customer requirements and Penske goals.
• Supervise warehouse operations including loading/unloading and dispatch.
• Manage attendance, productivity, and performance standards with coaching.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate records and reports.
