Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES NORTHEAST, I is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory, movement of product, and warehouse staff at the Hawthorne, NJ facility. You will ensure delivery performance and compliance with safety policies.

Lead a team of drivers and clerks, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with other departments to ship on time. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with warehouse systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate forklift and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including staffing and duties.
• Build and maintain morale, promote teamwork, and train staff.
• Conduct cycle counts and control dead stock.
• Audit and report inventory; advise on restocking needs.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and conduct pre/post shift inspections.
• Establish warehouse practices and coordinate with other departments.
