Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities, oversee material handlers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time shipping to support production and customer delivery.

You will lead with and align closely with Operations, Production, and Logistics teams, managing ERP transactions, KPIs, and cost controls while promoting Lean practices and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe working environment in all facets related to warehouse.
• Receiving and put away
• Actively interacts with supervisors and managers to closely monitor build status and support receiving department
• Coordinates crating / packaging needs for component orders.
• Utilizes ERP system (Syteline CSI) to update inventory transactions of received raw inventory through storage locations.
• Manages and tracks KPIs and costs.
• Develop and implement cost savings measures while maintaining material flow throughout the facility.
• Maintains a well‑organized work environment and tracks material transactions from receiving throughout the warehouse.
• Successfully completion of training and competency test is required for the following internal certifications: Overhead Bridge Crane Operation, Forklift, Scissor lift, and Reach Stacker.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
