Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES NORTHEAST, I is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory, movement of product, and warehouse staff including drivers. You will maintain inventory levels to meet delivery and service expectations and ensure compliance with safety, policies, and procedures.

The role requires leadership, cycle counts, reporting, and coordination with other departments to ensure on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse or shipping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift with valid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, staffing, and duties to ensure timely, safe completion.
• Review and approve hours worked and PTO using Kronos.
• Develop staff through training and guidance to reach potential.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and dead stock minimization.
• Audit and report inventory and restock recommendations.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and conduct pre/post shift inspections.
• Establish warehouse practices and cross-department communication for timely shipments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement processes.
