Qualifications

• 5 years in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification required or certifiable.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staffing to ensure tasks are completed daily and safely.
• Review hours worked and PTO using Kronos.
• Develop staff through training and guidance to reach potential.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts regularly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, safe shipments.
