Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Hawthorne, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory, movement of product, and warehouse staff including drivers. You will ensure delivery and service expectations are met and enforce safety and policy compliance.

You will lead daily operations, manage staffing and PTO, perform cycle counts, audit inventory, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safe equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in warehouse/shipping environment.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and staffing.
• Review hours and PTO using Kronos.
• Coach and develop staff to reach potential.
• Conduct cycle counts and minimize dead stock.
• Audit and report inventory and transactions.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and perform pre/post inspections.
• Establish warehouse practices to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate shipments with other departments.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and safety compliance.
• Handle loading/unloading and material handling as needed.
