Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Northeast, I is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, sales, and service delivery in Hawthorne, NJ. You will manage staff, ensure profitability, maintain inventory, and drive safety and compliance while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience, preference for HVAC wholesale familiarity, and a high school diploma with college coursework preferred. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
• 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role
• HVAC wholesale industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including staffing and duties with PTO oversight
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with protocols and objectives
• Maintain sales activities, credits, inventory, and cash reconciliations; enter sales calls into CRM
• Coach and develop staff; coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions
• Develop plans to improve profitability and productivity; drive continuous improvement
• Process POs, stock checks, receivables and branch payables; monitor warranty processing
• Maintain branch credit level in coordination with Corporate Credit; monitor dead stock
• Ensure inventory readiness to meet delivery and service expectations
• Review P&L; conduct safety meetings; manage facility and branch appearance
• Provide information to Regional Operations Manager and maintain audit scores
