Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and review work for quality and policy adherence.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories and cycles.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates and conduct performance evaluations.
