Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Ohio to oversee warehouse associates, drive safety and quality, and manage scheduling and workflow. The role focuses on ensuring efficient outbound shipping, coaching staff, and maintaining policy compliance within a dynamic 3PL environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years in warehousing or distribution and six months of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years warehousing, distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience; PC and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in warehouse/distribution to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Monitor and supervise outbound shipping and ensure policy conformance.
• Mentor associates and conduct performance evaluations.

Education
