Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations in Elgin, IL. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor with inbound or outbound management, directs staff, coordinates shipment receipts, and schedules deliveries to meet operational priorities and customer timelines.

Responsibilities include directing packing/unloading/shipping, analyzing productivity data, forecasting workloads, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• PIT experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Directs workflows on the floor of the warehouse, including packing, unloading, shipping and managing of delivery schedule.
• Analyzes internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to help determine performance.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities.
• Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting through historical and trend analysis.
• Assists in inventory management, and helps with stocking and shipping as necessary.
