Qualifications

• PIT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Tracks efficiency and productivity to ensure tasks are completed safely and correctly.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and schedules work for the team.
• Monitors attendance and maintains necessary headcount to reach objectives.
• Reports team performance to the Manager, Warehouse Operations.
• Identifies root causes of productivity or safety issues and directs corrective actions.
