Qualifications

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, material handling, and refurbishment testing.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Plan shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, space utilization, labor efficiency, and refurbishment workflows.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and act as escalation point for warehouse staff.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment; implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and oversee testing and refurbishment of assets.
• Develop and coach team to sustain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules to maintain smooth receiving/shipping flows and on-time delivery.
