Job summary

ICM is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and distribution tasks, and act as a liaison with customers, sales reps, and management. You will train staff, prioritize work, resolve issues, and ensure a well-organized, cost-efficient operation.

The role includes stepping in as Assistant Warehouse Manager when needed, inspecting facilities, and maintaining accurate inventory data and shipping records. A strong emphasis on safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in various warehouse settings.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse manufacturing and distribution tasks.
• Handle daily phone, email, and live chat with customers and sales reps.
• Coordinate daily with Warehouse Supervisor and Office Manager.
• Step in as acting Assistant Warehouse Manager in their absence.
• Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions.
• Prioritize and delegate work to warehouse personnel, ensuring timely completion.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Ensure warehouse organization.
• Inspect facilities and equipment, and recommend space allocation changes.
• Provide accurate counts of finished goods and complete timely data entry for shipping and inventory.
• Process sales orders, invoicing, and shipping of all customer orders.
• Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaining cost-efficient operations.
• Assist with warehouse quality and safety.
