• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems and lean warehouse operations.
• Experience in outbound logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates; set performance goals and provide feedback.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory; ensure process adherence.
• Audit goods; maintain accurate inventory records; prioritize tasks to improve workflows.
• Lead projects from start to finish; manage tasks, deadlines, and improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely deliveries and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain safety protocols and a secure work environment.
