Ingram Micro is seeking anOps leader to administer and operate our warehouses in Plainfield, IN. You’ll manage shipping/receiving, storage, audits, and reporting while optimizing space and procedures to support efficient material flow.

The role requires a two-year degree (or equivalent) with extensive functional experience, including leadership and mentoring of staff. Competitive base pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two year college degree or equivalent experience; or HS diploma with 8 years of functional experience, including 4 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses; processes, packages, stores supplies and equipment.
• Audits goods received; oversees receipt, storage and shipment; reports per procedures.
• Prepares schedules for shipping and receiving; optimizes warehouse space and equipment protection.
