Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to supervise the warehouse floor during a night shift (9:00pm-5:30am, Sunday-Thursday). You will coordinate inbound/outbound activities, mentor 10-15 associates, and ensure safety, accuracy, and timely order processing.

Overtime may be required for customer needs. Responsibilities include training staff, communicating with drivers and customers, and producing workforce productivity reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills.
• 2-4 years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel knowledge preferred.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus and prior WMS experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 10-15 Warehouse Associates.
• Training new employees on procedures.
• Measuring safety, productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinating housekeeping, inventory control and safety requirements.
• Supporting distribution center functions including unloading and order processing.
• Leading team meetings and providing guidance.
