Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material flow that supports manufacturing. You will be responsible for people leadership, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and material flow.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational/administrative/leadership and time management skills.
• SAP experience required.
• EWM experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Proven success with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Logistics Leads and overall warehouse operations.
• Manage staffing, hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, kitting, material handling, and line delivery.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle count program, and annual physical inventory.
• Lead warehouse safety, OSHA compliance, and forklift certification program.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor utilization, and inventory accuracy.
