Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material flow that supports manufacturing. You will be responsible for people leadership, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key duties include supervising Logistics Leads, managing staffing and evaluations, overseeing receiving and inventory control, and driving Lean initiatives while monitoring KPIs such as safety, quality, and

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and material flow.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational/administrative/leadership and time management skills.
  • SAP experience required.
  • EWM experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
  • Proven success with continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Overview
