Job summary

Elbit America is seeking a dynamic Manager, Warehouse & Logistics to lead all warehouse operations and end‑to‑end material flow. You will drive lean improvements, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and build a high‑performing team focused on safety, accuracy, and on‑time execution.

Collaboration with Planning, Production, and Quality is essential. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience with ERP/WMS systems to enhance system performance and scalable operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in warehouse/logistics leadership.
• Experience using LEAN tools to drive standard work across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operation.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to perform daily tasks.
• Execute inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the logistics network, including 3rd party carriers.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups to meet customer requirements.
• Lead safety, quality, and on‑time execution in a high‑performance team.
• Drive lean system implementations for material flow and layout.
• Ensure inventory integrity with cycle counts and ERP/WMS controls.
