Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
3+ years in warehouse automation or related industries.
Experience with automation technologies, conveyors, autonomous assets, and AS/RS.
Experience in financial analysis to support ROI and business cases.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations and Lean methods.

Responsibilities

Lead automation technology evaluation and ROI justification.
Support vendor reviews, RFPs, and design validation.
Coordinate project management for smaller projects and track milestones.
Assist SAT testing and post-go-live punch list activities.
Profile data from dashboards to support optimization efforts.
