Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Automation Engineer to identify, pilot and deploy new automation technologies. You will work with operations, IT and product teams to demonstrate value and deploy solutions across sites.

The role requires collaboration on ROI analyses, vendor reviews and SAT/QC testing, with significant cross-functional engagement and on-site implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and validation on RFP projects.
• Validate vendor FSD/SOW and support contract scope.
• Collaborate on design options, cost and SLA targets.
• Coordinate project tracking, milestones and on-site support.
